Roasted roots fusion blend – 100g (30 servings)

Blend ingredients:

• Organic roasted chicory root
• Organic roasted dandelion root
• Organic ashwagandha
• Organic fennel seed
• Organic cocoa nibs
• Organic cinnamon

The coffee crash/high/crash cycle

1) Before the coffee kick, when you're feeling low and depleted due to caffeine dependance.  

2) Start feeling human again after caffeine starts to take affect.

3) Caffeine peak when you're able to be most productive.

4) Caffeine effects start to dissipate and blocked adenosine in brain starts to activate again.

5) The mid-day slump, when your energy takes a nosedive. However, with tea, you avoid such crashes because it contains less caffeine than coffee and is non-acidic.

Steeping instructions

• Measure out 1-2 tsp of herbs per 8oz of water
• Place herbs in infuser, French press, or directly into jar or container for steeping
• Add boiling water to herbs and let steep for 10 minutes
• If steeping in French press, plunge press down. If steeping in container, pour blend through fine strainer
• Add your favorite creamer and sweetener
• Enjoy hot or over ice!
