Blend Description:
With a heavy cocoa base and hints of cinnamon and natural sweetness, this blend reminds you of hot cocoa with spiced undertones. Great by itself or liven it up more with creamer or honey!
What's Included:
- 2.5oz of Cocoa Immunitea Organic Herbal Tea Blend
- 8-12 mugs of cocoa
- Steeping instructions
Ingredients:
- Organic cocoa nibs
- Organic elderberries
- Organic cinnamon
- Organic astragalus root
Steeping instructions
- Measure out 1 1/2 tbsp herbs per 8oz filtered water
- Place herbs in infuser, empty tea bag, or directly into container for steeping
- Decoct blend in 1 cup cold water (per serving), keeping at a low boil for about 15 minutes.
- Strain out the herbs and pour into mugs
- Add 1/8 cup milk or milk substitute (optional) per serving
- Add honey sugar or sugar substitute to taste, if desired (with the cinnamon, you might not need any additional sweetness!)
