How to steep your tea - Hot
Add herbs to hot water
Heat water to 185-195 degrees F (near boiling) and add 1/2-1TBSP of herbs to water per 8oz. Use infuser, or place directly in water

Steep 10-15 minutes depending on taste preference. After tea has finished steeping, remove infuser or pour tea through strainer to remove loose herbs
Add sweetener and enjoy
You can add honey, sugar, sugar alternative, or nothing at all. Enjoy hot or over ice! Enjoy tea withing 48hr
How to steep your tea - Cold infusion
Add herbs to cold or room temp water
Add 1/2-1TBSP of herbs to each 8oz of room temp or cold filtered water

Steep your tea for 8-12 hours. 12 hours for maximum nutrition and taste.

Hot steeping
For hot steeping, use small infuser for single serving or larger infuser for pot. alternatively add herbs directly to water and strain after steeping
Cold infusion
To steep your tea with a cold infusion, add herbs to infuser, or preferably directly into filtered room temp or cold water. Steep for 8-12 hours. 12 hours for maximum nutrition and flavor.
