Blend Description:
Night Breeze is a mix designed to promote restful sleep. Lemongrass, chamomile, and peppermint lead with a vibrant yet calming profile, offering citrusy and floral softness, and a cool, minty finish. Hibiscus and green rooibos add a subtle but smooth tartness. This blend is great to help you relax in the evening and get a full rich night's rest.

- 70g of Night Breeze Organic Herbal Tea Blend
- 30-35 servings
Ingredients:
- Organic lemongrass
- Organic chamomile
- Organic peppermint
- Organic hibiscus
- Organic green rooibos
- Organic rose hip
- Organic valerian root
- Organic blue cornflowers
Steeping Instructions:
- Heat 8oz of water to just below boiling (~190°F/88°C).
- Add 1-2 tsp of Night Breeze blend to a teapot or infuser.
- Pour hot water over the blend and steep for 8-10 minutes.
- Strain and enjoy 30-60 minutes before bedtime, hot or lightly cooled.
